These terms govern your use of Buska (“Buska”, “we”, “us”), a platform that lets performers publish a public page and receive booking enquiries. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Buska is operated by brom.digital (“the operator”), based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@buska.co.uk.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your page (your name, bio, images, links and media). By publishing it on Buska you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload or embed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Buska to:

• post unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or harmful content;
• impersonate another person or act on their behalf without permission;
• send spam or misuse the booking-request feature;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms, at our discretion.

5. Bookings

Buska is a tool that connects performers with people who want to book them. We are not a party to any agreement between a performer and a booker. We do not guarantee any booking, payment, attendance or the conduct of either party. Any contract, fee or arrangement for a performance is solely between the performer and the booker, who are responsible for agreeing their own terms.

6. Fees

Buska is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features, advertising or other charges in future. If we do, we’ll make the terms clear before you opt in, and the core free features will remain free.

7. Intellectual property

The Buska name, branding and the software behind the service belong to the operator. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

8. Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost income, lost bookings, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or where required to protect the service or other users.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the date above, and significant changes will be notified where appropriate. Continuing to use Buska means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
